RE: For the HB5 Series LED high bay,Dualrays provide 5 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
Q2: What is colour temperature?
RE: Dualrays‘ LED lighting offer lamps in warm white, natural white,pure white and cool white with colour temperatures measured in Kelvin (K). The lower the colour temperature is,
the warmer the light given by the LED:
Warm white = 3000±200K
Natural white = 4000±200K
Pure white = 5000±200K
Cool white = 5700±200K
Q3: Is there a MOQ?
RE: No MOQ, Sample order for testing welcome.
Q4: What is the Lead time?
RE: Normally 3-5 business days for samples, 10-15 business days for bulk orders.
Q5: Labeling ?
RE: Neutral labeling/ Custom designed labels / Laser printing labels (at request).
Q6: Finish color? RE: Standard colors: Black / White,other colors can be customized, based on MOQ 50PCS.
Q7: Dimming functions?
RE: DALI,PIR,1-10V diming available,built-in daylight sensor available for intellgent control for option.
Q8: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country? RE: For small order,express will be best.And for bulk order,ship by sea or train(Europe destination) is the best,but take much time.For urgent
orders,we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
